UP Home Residents Present the Christmas Program

Washington, IA (December 17, 2018) – The United Presbyterian Home will be retelling the story of the birth of Jesus through narration and music at their Christmas Pageant on Friday, December 20th at 2:00 PM in the Michael Moore Family Dining Room on campus. The name of the Program is: I think It’s Time to Remember.

Cast members have been practicing for a couple weeks for the annual program. The cast includes 24 UP Home residents and some kids from the UP with Kids Daycare.

“There will be lots of laughs, music and joy,” said Spiritual Wellness Director Andrew Zuehlke. “We all need a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas and the play and overall program should provide just that.”

There will also be special music by residents Sara Bartlett, Dave Brown and Bob Crane.

Everyone is invited to attend the program which includes special music and congregational signing. After the program, everyone is welcome to stay for refreshments and fellowship.
