Kleese and Drahota Transition Roles at the UP Home

The United Presbyterian Home is excited to announce that current UP Home employees Amy Kleese and Erin Drahota are set to transition to new roles.  Amy will assume the title of CEO as Erin moves to the role of Director of Finance and Operations effective in July.

In the existing organizational structure, financial duties as well as strategic leadership fall under one role.  In order to better serve current and future residents, families and employees while navigating an ever-changing industry, the new role of Director of Finance and Operations will be added to the organization.  Erin says, “I am excited to really focus my energy and experience at the UP Home into this new role.  The UP Home has been part of my family for nearly 20 years and I sincerely look forward to the work Amy & I will continue to do alongside the rest of our team”.  Erin gained valuable employment experience at the UP Home beginning as a high school student.  In 2008 she launched her full-time career back at UPH, working in a variety of administrative roles including the CEO from 2018 to current.

Amy’s experience at the UP Home stretches even further, beginning as the Wellness & Fitness Director in 1999.  She developed and built the organization’s wellness program from its inception into the successful programming it is today.  In 2014 Amy obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license and in January 2022 took on the role of Director of Relations.  Both of these advancements, as well as her natural ability to lead and inspire, have prepared Amy for the CEO role as she continually gains knowledge on UPH regulations and operations.

“As the CEO, together with our talented team, I am confident we will continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and in the communities we serve”, Amy says.  “I am genuinely excited about the journey ahead and look forward to working closely with each employee to drive our mission forward”.
